The worries continued as yet again Steve Lewis couldn't clear an opening height - I bet poor Dan Pfaff is back in Arizona before me!
There had been some surprise that Luke Cutts was not given an opportunity - I am certainly not going to say he would have qualified - but if he's not here he definitely won't make!
